This blog is primarily my personal training and racing journal, and highlights of my kids activities. Not many opinions offered or politics discussed. Just riding and racing in the MN/WI area.

Race Weight Achieved
The scale reads 200.0 lbs this morning. That's my race weight from last season. Now I'm only 45lbs heavier than Painman and Red Lantern.
the hard part is keeping it off.. but i beleive in ya.. but if/when you beat me at TNT (again) i'm bringin Krispy Kremes.. give you the ultimate test.. he he
Every day at Medtronic is a test. There is food everywhere. Doughnuts, rolls, sandwiches, you name it. Whenever I spot food, I make sure to tell everyone about it so it gets gobbled up fast, before I give in. It usually works.
Woller tells me Butkewicz is on the liquid "drip" diet again. Sorry, I've got to have solid food for at least 2 of my meals.
Nice work Jimmer. You'll be flying (relatively) up the Cols
