Whalan is one short week away. We have some serious prep work on tap for this weekend. Trying to drop those last couple lbs. before the pre-camp weigh in. The pic is from Opus 2005, complements of Skinnyski.com.
Here is an archive of my past pre-camp weights:
1999 - 195
2000 - 199
2001 - 210
2002 - 230
2003 - 214
2004 - 225
2005 - 222
2006 - 210
2007 - ???
My goal is to be less than 25 lbs away from Treb and Johnny B. Treb hasn't been making my life difficult lately, but Johnny B is keeping me honest.

what's the weigh-in?
Every year, we bring a doctor's scale down to camp. We line up in our underwear, and weigh in under supervision. Treb bring his laptop, where he maintains a database for everyone on the team. It's best to wear a rubber suit for a day or so, prior to the weigh-in.
Actually, it's just me getting on the scale at home, the morning camp starts. But doesn't the other way sound like a great bonding experience?
i say the scale comes down to camp. no lies. you can weigh 2x. 1 in the Skibbys;) and 1 in the kit and bike in hand.
yeah, let's have a contest!
